Digital Product Delivery

All products offered through BalanceWay Counseling are digital programs and downloadable materials. Once a purchase is completed, the product is delivered electronically and becomes accessible to the customer immediately.

Delivery may include:

  • Online course materials
  • Digital planning templates
  • Educational resources

No physical items are shipped.


Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

However, a refund may be considered in the following circumstances:

Duplicate Purchases

If a customer accidentally purchases the same product more than once, a refund may be issued for the duplicate order.

Technical Issues
